First round interview in London offices for 6 month off-cycle internship. They contacted e 2 months before my availability. Been interviewed by one trader and one global strategist. Classic competency based HR questions based on a benchmark. Then some brainteasers and financial market knowledge questions (gold market and Cyprus crisis). Very few technical questions.

The questions were more focused on seeing how logical I was than really giving a precise estimate.
