First stage with coding challenge and online virtual interview. Assessment centre very relaxed with 2 individual and 1 group interview. First one was focused on logical thinking and technical experience. It wasnt too technical since I applied for the Tech Connect programme. Second interview was rather motivational and I was asked what I would in specific situations. Assessors were very nice and vibe was rather laid-back.
