I got invited to a video interview for the Graduate Asset Management position after completing the online application. There were 3 questions, each lasts about 1 minutes 30 seconds if I'm not mistaken.

Fairly easy, just a 1-on-1 first round Zoom, which I got through with a connection. Basic, why this firm, why asset management, relatively simple. I have not heard anything after that.
