Applied with just a C.V. and was invited to attend an assessment centre exercise within a couple of weeks of submitting my application. Had a case study exercise and two competency based interviews.
We had to do a presentation which was followed by some interviews. The first interview was based on the presentation while the following were more competency based tasks. We had to demonstrate skills such as teamwork and leadership as well as illustrate why we would be a good fit for the role.

Entretien
Interview process was a wholly positive experience. Online psychometric tests followed by HireVue video interview. Invitation to the final stage came a couple of months after video interview. This consisted of a half-day assessment centre, made up of 2 one-to-one interviews with employees within the business unit, a group exercise and individual one-on-one presentation following on from the group activity.
