I applied online and had to do online tests before I was invited for a phone interview with one of JP Morgan's employees. The interviewer was friendly and asked a lot of competency questions as well as some motivational questions. At the end of the interview, I had the opportunity to ask questions.

It was a phone interview in which I was asked to describe various situations regarding my work as a student so far. If you have participated in a decent number of projects before this should be a fairly easy interview.
