Applied online, completed assessment, received a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. Standard interview questions, "describe a time where you had to overcome a challenge", stuff like that. 2 people interview you, I'm not sure why, one person just took notes. Got a call back the next day with an offer emailed to me.

Entretien
Very good and thorough interview process. You go through a phone interview, then a 90min interview with three different people. If selected you must pass drug/criminal background check which includes fingerprinting.

I had a over the phone interview got called in to do a in site interview. Had 2 managers interview & asked simple behavioral questions. Try to sell your self and be interested and know as much as the job as you can and you should be fine.

Entretien
Applied online, called by HR a few days later to schedule an interview. After the interview, I was was offered the position. Take a drug test, background check, and had to go in to get an ID to enter the call center facility. Overall hiring process took about 3-4 weeks.
