J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez J.P. Morgan (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2017
Entretien
Received an on-site interview invite a couple weeks after submitting my application (JPM careers portal). The interview was with 3 team members (analysts and manager) and lasted around 1 hour. They were nice (the two analysts were sort of playing good cop, bad cop).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
General questions about the market outlook, news I have been following lately, personality questions.
"What's the formula for the standard deviation?"
"How would you explain to your grandmother Risk and Reward?"
"What's the best and worst things your mother would say about you?"
Campus interview - asked questions about interest in following market trends, ran through case studies of a couple companies in a sector, discussed impact of geopolitical events to businesses, and some basic accounting questions. Then discussed long term goals and reason for interest in the space.
