Interview process was worst need to wait for long time after an interview even for one or two members. Not with proper experienced trainer which you will find not with basic etiquette in welcoming. I think interview process to test the technical skill is not really good not any challangeable.

I went through a recruiter, process took up to a month. First had an assessment test, got a response a week after then had a Face to face interview got an offer the next day after interview
