It was a seamless interview process, and the interviewers were very nice. They got back to me very quickly afterwards, which allowed me to make a quick decision. I enjoyed meeting the interviewers.

Was semi-finalist in J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management Challenge, received fast track to Summer Internship AC.
Began with several back to back 1-1 or 3-1 interviews, interviewers were nice, not a pressure interview, not a lot of technicals, just basic market stuff. Asked a lot on motivation and my plans for the future. Was quite helpful in that sense as they would give advice on how I plan to go forward with my career. Interview both in Chinese and English.
Then group case interview. Very competitive, ppl trying to speak on top of each other but mostly courteous.

Behavioral questions tied in with questions regarding markets and current understanding of what asset classes would be attractive to UHWNI clientele. Not technically difficult, it seems more important to have a good story as to why you are interested in the field/work.
