The interview was scheduled at 12 noon. In fact it was kind of the HR to remind me and all the invited candidates 2-3 times a day before.On the day of interview in Marriott in Pune there was nothing that suggested of 'well-managed'. Interviews were running late by 3-4 hours. Thankfully the company had made arrangements for lunch which was kind of relief. However it was very clear that the event was heavily marketed. There was shortage of interview panel. I heard many cases where people where attending telecon from Deloitte Mumbai office while waiting in the hotel. This was a first time I had witnessed utter chaos. Being a senior professional of the industry I have participated in many recruitment drives for my employers but have never seen this. After a long wait of 4 hours i was called for interview by a person who had less experience than me. He asked me few random questions (nothing technical or managerial) and within 15 mins he was done. The HR informed that they will get back to me in next week. 4 hours of wait & 15 mins of questions. And thats what Deloitte interview process is. Very bad experience.

Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
