Questions d'entretien chez Deloitte

The process took 1 year. I literally would hear from them every 3 months, a new recruiter would contact me to say they want to proceed to the next step and then silence again for another 3 months and another recruiter. I interviewed with 2 people and in the end, after another 3 months of silence, a new recruiter emails me to say they need to follow up on the status of my application. They didn't even know I had met twice with their hiring team and was sent additional forms to complete. In the end, they decided to not offer me the role. But did it really need to take 1 year?

3 rounds of technical interviews and an HR round. One of them from the client side. The process was pretty streamlined and the interviewers made a point to keep us comfortable through the meetings

The interview went fine but apparently my answers weren't expressing enough motivation to get an offer and that's what, in my personal opinion , makes people express their exaggerated "motivation" for working for the company without being that honest about it

tough proccess. very competitivev, gratefult to have had the opportunity to try at this firm. Would definently review more next time to get a better chance at landing the spot

il primo colloquio è stato conoscitivo mentre nel secondo ci sono state più parti: 1) ci hanno fatto scegliere una immagine che rappresentasse noi e l'azienda, 2) dopo ci hanno dato 1h per organizzare, divisi in due teams, un evento universitario immaginando di essere dei manager di Deloitte, 3) test di inglese costituito da 50 domande a risposta multipla

People want you to hear a lot about their company , how wonderful it is, and how desperately you want to work for their company etc. We looking for a job, not for a family.

online interview talking to yourself answering question then a two person interview asking behavior and technical questions. the rest i am typing to meet this 30 word minimum bs and it is still some how not enough, hopefully this will meet the minimum now

It was really good. They asked me about myself and appreciated. I appreciate it. Love the company, thanks anyway. But I'm thinking of moving to EY or PWC. No just a joke.

Super good and really fast. they got back to me in a timely polite manner and they were nice in the interview and helpful when I had questions at any point
