Interview was mostly about behavioural fit and asked very simple questions. More like a chitchat session and getting to know whether you are a good team player. Interviewer was also very friendly.

It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
