The interview process was well-organized and transparent. Recruiters were responsive and provided clear instructions at every stage. I appreciated the mix of behavioral and technical questions, which gave me a chance to showcase both soft and hard skills. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and respectful, and I got a good sense of Deloitte’s collaborative culture.
