Had an online interview with the Partner. Questions were fairly easy to answer. Asking back questions about the team you're enrolling in and the projects they're currently working on would leave a good impression.

Standard aptitude tests, followed by the virtual assessment centre, which includes a group assessment, case study presentation, and individual interview.

Entretien
Included 2 rounds of psychometric testing. The second was a digital interview format style which included questions regarding how I would respond to a client / brief and what I would say. Didn't get through to the final round, which is an assessment centre.

I found the entire interview process extremely long, and found the amount of time in between stages dragged on. I did enjoy that I had a specific recruitment advisor. Good overall process.
