My Interview Experience:
The interview process consisted of three rounds:
1. Technical Round: The interviewer focused on Core Java basics, Spring Boot basics, and the microservice architecture workflow. The duration of this round was 1 hour. It started with basic questions, such as defining JVM and discussing its concepts, to gauge my understanding of the topic. There were no coding questions in this round.
2. Managerial Round : Manager only focus on project discuss
3. HR Round: salary discuss.
NOTE: They only focusing on how your explaining and how you resolving the problem with your knowleage

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
