Proceso "típico". Llamada telefónica para conversar sobre intereses y difernetes equipos en los que puedes encajar. Entrevista presencial donde se conversa sobre preguntas típicas: Puntos fuertes, puntos débiles, trayectoria profesional, solucionar un problemna, etc. No se requiere un conocimiento técnico concreto.

Entretien
The very first contact was made by e-mail, 3 days after posting my CV and cover letter. An initial phone interview was appointed with one of the HR managers. The interview lasted approx. 45 minutes and consisted of standard questions: Tell me about yourself; Why Deloitte?, etc.
Having successfully completed this stage, the HR department contacted me the next of my interview and appointed two other interviews with managers and a senior manager. The interview featured a small case study. Both of the interviews together lasted 3 hours.
Then finally , after a waiting period of one and a half week, I was contacted again, this time for an interview with one of the partners. The interview was very short, and was basically an initial job offer, followed by an e-mail confirming Deloitte's interest in recruiting me.
The overall impression from all of the interviews was great, they were all very dynamic and more similar to a friendly dialogue than to standard interviews.

Probably the case study, I had 10 minutes to read it and to prepare my answer to 2 of the questions of the case study, which was not particularly hard.
