      The interview was conducted in 2 rounds. First Round had all the situation based questions in and around sprint. Second Round focused more or less on the theory knowledge on Agile and Scrum framework, capacity and velocity, questions from JD and your resume

      2) What do you know about deloitte ? 3) How many team members? Any tester? Any Automation tester ? Do the develpers have same skill ? 4) Tell me about the whole process of the sprint, like how does it start, and how does it end, what do you on these 10 days of sprint? 5) How do you teach or coach about scrum and agile to your team? 6) Mention any challenge you have faced during the start of your work as a SM, and the challenges faced later in the phase of work ? 7) What is the experience of the most experienced candidate in your team? 8) They already have so much of experience, how do you coach about the scrum or any work ? 9) So, when you dev team is working, what does your tester team do ? 10) And when the tester team is working during the last days of the sprint, what does you dev team do ? 11) How often do you conduct sprint retrospective ? 12) What all do you discuss in sprint retrospective ? Who are the stakeholder you make sure that they are participating in sprint retrospective ? 13) Who assigns the work in your team? 14) If you see that there is a team member who pick easy user stories and it has been happening continuously, what will you do, how will you handle the situation ? 15) Suppose, during estimation, one of your team member estimates the time of a user story for 4 hours but they deliver it on 8 hours, and it has been happening continuously for a while, what will you do? 16) How often do your team member connects with the PO? 17) The user stories for the sprint is ready atleast a week before not more than that, and a night before the sprint start, Tuesday night in your case, one of the lead developer tell that there are some dependencies and the PO confirmed earlier that it ll take atleast 4 to 5 hrs to get the requirements and you realise this at the night, what will you do ? 18) In which of the event, you want to see improvement in yourself as a scrum master ? second round What is agile and scrum, difference b/w them ? What is capacity and velocity, difference b/w them? What is zero sprint and sprint hardening? What if your does not meet DOD at the end of the sprint? How do you calculate velocity for a newly formed team? Any funny incident during sprint retrospective?

      The hiring process started with an initial screening call from HR, where they explained the role and scheduled the interview rounds. The interview process consists of three stages: First Round – Technical Interview: Focused on Scrum practices, Agile methodologies, and practical experience as a Scrum Master. Second Round – Managerial Interview: Discussion around leadership, stakeholder management, team collaboration, and delivery management. Third Round – HR Round: Final discussion covering culture fit, compensation, and other HR formalities. Although the position is titled Scrum Master, the organization expects the candidate to also handle certain Project Manager responsibilities, including delivery ownership, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.

      The process was smooth,but the interviewer just didn't look interested in taking the interview. Was trying to argue every answer. At the end when i asked about the products and framework they work on her reply was did you not check jd. I mean I can give the same reply without the interview and say look at my cv. Worst experience and thing is the interview questions were not tough. The problem was with the interviewer.

      Initial screening with a recruiter followed by an interview and presentation with people the successful candidate would have been working with. I was given a timeframe for next steps, but was ghosted afterwards.
