Entretien
I was interviewed through the campus recruiting process. Deloitte recruits for their entry-level positions on college campuses. My interview consisted of two days. The first day consisted of a behavioral interview with basic questions about my strengths, weaknesses, why Deloitte, why consulting, and why federal clients followed by two case interviews. My interview was in the morning and I heard back about a second interview that same day. The following day, I attended the second interview which consisted of the same format-- one behavioral and two cases.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
self intro and questions about your CV, mainly focused on the scenario based questions like how you manage your time and work, what you will do when you have a difficult task that you can't finish by yourself.
The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
