This initial interview was a standard resume / work history screen with HR Recruiter. The second round interview was a more technical interview with a member of the team. The third and final round interview was in the office with the hiring manager and 3 other managers from different areas in the organization. There seemed to be a standard script that included questions like: "tell me about a time when you had to work through a problem", but the script was used inconsistently.

Went through 4 different interviewers, each asked similar questions which were primarily behavioral type questions. Bottom line was just trying to get to know my work, management style and problem solving strategies.
