Entretien
I got to interview Deloitte at the end of the pandemic as part of a graduate recruitment program (a type of MT). We conduct online interviews, unlike most online recruitment processes, we do it with a web-based interview with the Hirevue platform, not with a video call/Zoom call. I got a video clip of each question and then answered it by recording a video. In the latter half of the session, there was a kind of game-based psychological test, which was fun.

The interview lasts approximately 30-45 minutes and contains basic case questions but no technical questions.
Overall there are 3 rounds: Online Immersive Assessment, Job Simulation, Final Stage Assessment. The first is like a written test, the second video test. The final one is when you get to meet people from the company, presumably some one senior from the chosen service line as well as HR staff.

Online Application, Phone Interview, Interview.
Deloitte SEA's works very bad. They didn't care for those who applied through online, they online consider for those who have referral from their employee. I applied through my one of senior that currently work at Deloitte. She gave me the recruiter's contact. When i sent my application, she (Krisnamoorthi Keisha Dewi) wrote that she would called me earlier this time. She didn't explain what to be asked/discussed. She suddenly called me. Very bad! The company (or maybe just the HR) does not follow the procedure. I just knew from a friend of mine that before she was called, she got an email regarding to what to be asked. The HR reflected the company as a whole! very bad!
