J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte
Entretien
I just interviewed with Deloitte back in March for this upcoming winter audit internship and honestly, it was super chill. It consisted of two back-to-back interviews. One partner I've never met before and she asked me about my resume, experience, and activities on campus. The other partner I met at the pre-interview dinner and we just talked Baseball, basketball, and concerts for 15 mins. The other 15 mins was just getting to know each other informally (no resume on the table- just one on one real talk). I then received a call from the second partner saying I was advanced to the next round with more info to come. Turns out I had no second round and will be attending Deloitte University for the office visit with an offer in place. Overall, I found big 4, actually public accounting, intern interviews to be really easy in audit.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
3. colloquio tecnico col manager

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
