The process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an adaptive test (AMCAT) which was easy. Although students of various branches were allowed to sit for the test, the shortlist consisted of just COE and IT students. The second round was a group case study followed by a presentation. The facilitator had no idea how to handle the students. The entire scenario was like a fish market. The one who screamed the most, did the best. None of the arguments made were even remotely logical but that didn't seem to matter. We were then supposed to present it to a different set of interviewers. They were a little better than the first guy but couldn't manage the fish market scenario, The third round was the HR round. I didn't make it.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
