The process included 3 phases: interview with HR, business case, interview with partner.
The first phase was really light, just standard questions like academic path, why this job, what do you know about the company,etc. Then I filled a form with personal information, and was required to comment on two paragraphs - one in english and one in portuguese (native language). Also I did a 'personality test'.
About a month and a half later there was the business case was in a group, during a whole day. Everyone went to a room, we were split into 2 teams of 4/5 people and the objective was to put together a presentation where we should answer a few questions they asked us in the beginning. Stressfull and stimulating.
A few days later I got a call. The interview with the partner was a little more tense than the first one, but there were no technical questions, we talked about motivations, what did I think about travelling, the company, etc.
Tip: they do love when you ask them questions, so do your research and prepare a few questions.
