The process took 1 year. I literally would hear from them every 3 months, a new recruiter would contact me to say they want to proceed to the next step and then silence again for another 3 months and another recruiter. I interviewed with 2 people and in the end, after another 3 months of silence, a new recruiter emails me to say they need to follow up on the status of my application. They didn't even know I had met twice with their hiring team and was sent additional forms to complete. In the end, they decided to not offer me the role. But did it really need to take 1 year?

Started with a phone call from the recruiter. A few days later we set up a time for me to meet a few people on the team I'd be working with. A week after that a second and final interview was had with a supervisor. It was quick and smooth. The recruiter was great and communicated openly and quickly.
