Online applications and aptitude test as standard.
First round interview day involves a group exercise, a case study, the review of which leads into an interview. In the group exercise, balance putting your point across with coming to a conclusion that fits the whole group. Show them how you think, and always refer back to the specifications you're given at the start of the exercise.
Final round interview with a partner starts with a presentation, then goes into a full interview as well. You can take notes into the presentation. Don't learn it by heart. Have some natural variation. Prepare a handout for the interviewer. This can be a good way to seed questions you'd like him to ask, so do your research.
I asked when I could expect to know, and was told "start of next week". The interview was on Thursday. I didn't hear back until the following Friday when I was made an offer, so don't panic if you don't hear back immediately. They're busy, real people too!

The process started with resume screening, and then a virtual interview with the hiring team where they asked me about my past internship works and some behavorial questions. The interview process completed within a day.

super friendly and more of a discussion. Ha d a presentation element which as also more of a discussion.
The interviwer was taking notes in a notebook however and so un sure how much of what I said they were able to note down which felt a bit unfair.
