Online assessment around 1h. Was invited to the event at Deloitte's head office to meet the employees and know better the firm. Online interview of 1h, 45minutees with two managers and 15 minutes with a Partner.

Talk about my experience in general. Why Deloitte, why audit? The time you had to lead a team, the time you showed your leadership skills. Felt like a conversation rather than an interview. Everyone was very friendly., don't be scared to ask questions and show interest. Received the offer after a few hours on the same day.

Online test first and Job simulation followed, you will be notify if you are been selected to the assessment centre after pass Job simulation. Job simulation need you write an email to your manager and write a report based on the information been given.

First step is the online aptitude test. Followed by a group assessment where you are given a case study to discuss, the case study we used was not related to the field you apply just to see reasoning applied. After which you move to manager interview where they ask mostly competency based questions then to the partners interview.

A situation where I was in an ethical dilemma and how I handled it.
Online application which did not require a CV. Followed by online tests these included psychometric tests and a case study where reasoning behind data was required. This was followed by a recorded video interview, then an in person interview
