I cannot believe how much time I wasted. I applied online and I get a call from the recruitment panel taking notes of my basic details and telling me the panel will get in touch with me for a general interview. After 2 weeks, the general interview happened. Now post this interview there was a month of silence and they called back apologising for the delay and asking if I was still interested in this role. Upon my confirmation, they asked me to do a competency based presentation giving me a week’s time. I submitted my presentation on time and but was informed that the HR will be out of office for the week. The following week after as well I received no call/feedback neither was I able to connect with the panel. Another month has passed like this. As I received no feedback, I followed up with the HR one last time upon which they inform me “the management has decided to freeze the hiring”
