Easy, i was trying to enter an internship program in 2006 for business process outsourcing area so in that way I could enter Deloitte. In 2007 I was formally hired and then in 2008 I switched to Financial Advisory, the area I belong nowadays. In fact getting in such area was easy, since I had preference in the process for being already a Deloitte's employee. Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.
