The interview process was smooth but it has been 2 months since the final stage interview and I have not heard back from them. Every time I ask them they say I'm still under consideration but I think I am pretty much rejected. What irritates me is that they could not even send me an automated email to inform me.

The interview started off with a technical assessment of the computer skills required for the job. This was a project that I had to complete within an hour. Immediately after that, we got into the behavioral interview. This is dialog based interview which asks questions to assess your cultural fit.
Smooth, excellent communication throughout the process.
Application through online platforms , Aptitude test, manager interview, partner interview, the Offer.
Very interactive and accommodative interviews, more conversational.
You have to be an excellent candidate to impress them.
