There is no process. just time-wasting and playing with the candidate's emotions. their time-wasting process is like: HR called me for an interview schedule and never shared the JD so I asked to share the JD then over-smart HR said that we will explain JD in interview itself and we are hiring for multiple positions so our managers will take care of it. after scheduling the interview I joined the call then there was 4/5 HR persons, they add me to other meeting and said our panel is not available so we will reschedule this interview after 2/3 days. again in the next interview same thing happened, their panel did not join the call. The next day same HR sent an email to me saying you did not join the call and you are irresponsible, tomorrow is the last day to schedule the interview if you are still interested then fill out the survey form and book a time slot again for the interview. It was very pathetic and I decided to never apply for Delloite. HR persons only play with emails, calls and they show how their panel is super busy like they are always in meeting with the US president or UN. I never thought these so-called giant companies have such unprofessionalism.

Nothing they asked about my resume and asked what i did in my projects some sql questions and python questions asked whether i can do any visualisations thats it ,its more like a conversation

Could be a fast process if there is requirement of a specific role. Entire interview process was done in 2 weeks.

Entretien
The interview comprised of a phone call with the HR team, followed by a technical interview online via MS Teams. Most of the technical interview, wasn't technical in nature, as I was asked more a psychological. E.g. if a shareholder wants you to finish something for the next day, but that's not feasible what would you tell him?
