A series of case interviews, behavioural interviews with various stakeholders. Minimal care towards the candidate experience in the entire process.

Why consultancy? How would you answer to a difficult client? Why?
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.

The interview process was average big4 interview with general questions about yourself and experiences, which took about 30 - 40mins. Interviewer was professional and I had a neutral experience about the interview
