I applied for the Senior Salesforce Consultant position and went through multiple interview rounds with Deloitte Employees in Poland. However, at no point was it mentioned that this was actually a one-month paid internship rather than a senior-level role. This critical detail was only revealed at the end, making the entire process feel misleading and a waste of time.
Additionally, communication within the hiring team was uncoordinated. After our final discussion, I was told I could take time to consider the offer. Yet, on the same day, I received an email stating that I had not been selected to proceed. This lack of professionalism and internal misalignment raised serious concerns about the company’s culture.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would advise future candidates to ask for full clarity on job details upfront to avoid similar issues. Transparency is key in any hiring process, and unfortunately, it was lacking here.
