I contacted Deloitte Canada through a job fair held online due to Covid. They ask me to send them an email for a spontaneous application. After a while they send me a link for an automatic interview(You log into a platform where you record yourself answering questions.), after a while, they invited me to a technical interview with two people. In the beginning, I didn't know the name of the position, and when I emailed the recruiter with who I am in touch with she said that they want to interview me to see which position is good for me.
The technical interview went well as they said after but until today they didn't give me a decision the thing that made me mad and ignores them(interview on November 6th and I am writing this on February 2021)
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer

I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
Phone screen with a recruiter. I was not accepted because of a lack relevant experience. The next steps would have been a technical screen but I guess they thought I was not experienced enough for it
