Very good process. Interviewer was personable and likable. Felt like I was given a fair opportunity and was heard during the conversation. The overall experience was informal and not intimidating.

Was easy going, online face to face. More of a chatting session. First asked about myself and my background. Then asked my what I understand about this role and a few more general questions about audit and assurance.

Applied back in September, did a hirevue in November, got asked to have a two part interview in December. The two part interview consisted of a 30 minute behavioral with one person and a 30 minute scenario based technical.

The behavioral had typical questions like when have you had conflict with team members and how did you deal with it. The technical was very similar to questions/scenarios that they provide on their website for practice.
