L'iter selettivo ha visto un primo colloquio conoscitivo, seguito da due test effettuati in remoto: uno tecnico in Java ed uno in lingua inglese. Infine un ultimo test è stato effettuato durante un colloquio con il manager della Unit di riferimento.

Entretien
It was not too easy but a bit difficult though for an fresher. It was way more critical but anyhow i managed to answer. Skillset question was not so difficult but the knowledge all over is must.

Too much corporate, lack personalized questions and vision. Also too much steps to complete the interview process. Conclusion a big corporate operation lacking innovation. My suggestion is to keep away from big companies like these if you can

J'ai réalisé des tests technique à distance (niveau d'anglais et raisonnement) avant d'avoir un entretien RH.
J'ai ensuite été interviewé en 2 entretiens avec Directeur puis Partner de la pratice, avec des questions classiques d'entretien ainsi qu'une étude de cas
