J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte (Lisbonne, Lisbonne) en mars 2019
Entretien
I only participated in the first part of the recruitment; I wasn’t called to continue the process.
First, I was asked to perform some tests to evaluate my technical skills. I had to write about two different topics: one in Portuguese (my native language) and other in English. For both of them, they gave me 10 minutes. The topics were focused on why I wanted to enter Deloitte and how could I value the company. I also had to perform a placement test, from Cambridge. Additionally, there were two more practical exams that tested the numerical reasoning skills that asked to be answered in 15 minutes each. So, one advice, practice our calculus skill because you aren’t allowed to use a calculator.
The other part of the recruitment it was an interview with staff from HR. It wasn’t hard and there were no unespected questions.
It was quite intense, and I was really nervous, so I wasn’t selected. However, the next step of the process would be an interview with a partner where it is asked to solve a practical problem that mimics a real project.
