A numerical test online followed by a face2face group interview. The interview was about a case and the students were required to give a panel discussion and a report. It lasted about an hour and no self-introduction or questions for the interviewer.

The panel discussion required us to discuss as a whole group and it was not allowed to be divided into sub-groups. But it was quite hard to both follow the idea of the team and manage your own languages

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
