Hiring process is overall good. But there are unclear decisions made towards the end wasting candidates time and process. It is utter useless to reapply for this company as it would still remain the same. I have seen many weaker candidates getting in easily in this company that makes the process quite questionable. I m really surprised in spite if such a long process still they end up with weak hiring
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
