Awful process. They call you at 10 am and your interview might not happen till 3 pm. It's seems similar to fresher walk-ins and it's like sheep's and goats coming in and being chopped out in the same fashion. Interviewers are not qualified to take interviews(bad behaviour and communication skills), guess Deloitte has gone bankrupt in this area. Very lazy process and just to hear that you can leave for the day you have to wait for more than an hour. Very bad Experience. First interview- Bad Experience with one round of f2f technical discussion post online test. Second interview- Still bad Experience with one round of technical discussion over phone. My suggestion- Do not expect anything and better to move on with a product based company rather than consulting companies like Deloitte.
