I applied through the website stepstone. At first it was a telephone interview which turned out to be really good. Two weeks after there was the actual job interview which consists of two parts: an interview part and the case study. Either part was really nice. After the ending of the job interview we went through the transfer pricing department and I had to chance to get to know my prospective colleagues.

Entretien
The interview consisted of two stages. The first stage consisted of an interview with two senior managers where the typical interview questions were asked. Also they explained a lot about the position and the personal requirements. Afterwards I had 20 Minutes to prepare a case study about transfer pricing. The case study as such was not difficult but since I was under a lot of pressure and had to present the study to two other colleagues than in the round before it was quite a difficult task to complete. After the presentation I had the opportunity to ask my remaining questions. The atmosphere was quite good although I have to admit that I had the feeling they treat you on purpose slightly different during the case study to increase the pressure.
