The interview process took more than four months. I had a total of four phone interviews and two in-person interviews. I was a finalist for the client account manager (CAM) position. During the final interview, I was informed that Deloitte would let me know whether they would make an offer in 2-3 business days. I waited for two weeks and heard nothing. Finally, I reached out to one of the numerous recruiters I'd been in contact with. Deloitte had already given the position to another candidate. The whole process was a waste of time, and it was quite disrespectful not to inform me of their decision after I spent 4 months in the interview process. It was a poorly organized process, and no one seemed interested in communicating with prospective employees. I won't be looking at future opportunities with the company.

It feels as though the interviews are conducted merely for show, with the decision to hire personal connections already made in advance. This approach undermines the integrity of the process and reflects poorly on the leadership.

Phone interview followed by First round with managers and then Second round with director and finally the Third round with partner
