The experience was average. It was a telephonic interview. The interviewer seemed a little bored and less enthusiastic, probably exhausted. Questions asked seemed to be simple. It would have been better to have an online test if it was about coding skills instead of a telephonic screening so that one can display their coding prowess and from there once could take it forward to a discussion on the test and other skillsets. Many times over the phone during the initial stages, candidates may not be able to exactly remember right out of their head immediately about things they may have already done before because of the sheer number of diverse activities one performs in their job.
