J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte (Lisbonne, Lisbonne) en nov. 2011
Entretien
The interview consisted of two parts. An 1:1 interview, and followed by a series of tests.
On the 1:1 interview, I was asked to predictable questions. Such as to give a brief oral biography, describe in what quality could I fit the company, what were my skills, etc... Nothing technical. This part took about 30minutes.
In the second part, I was given a laptop, and requested to fill a standard personality test. This took about 20 minutes. Then I asked to write a small text in English and another in Portuguese, about a given topic. This took another 20 minutes.
A few weeks later I was informed that unfortunately I did not make it into the next phase.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte (Manchester, Angleterre)
Entretien
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
