Initially had a phone interview with a recruiter then an in person interview at a Deloitte office in Chicago. I met with 3 people there of varying experience to discuss what I was looking for at Deloitte, my skills via a few written and spoken scenarios, and my experience. The case study I was given was quite difficult as it was completely out of my field; my expereince is in healthcare IT and my case study had to do with warehouse supply accounting. It was difficult for me, but I was still offered the job. The office itself was very nice and had a great location in downtown Chicago. My interviewers also seemed to have a lot of experience and knew exactly what they were looking for.
