Online test was logic based and had a personality test, phone interview was basic question about why we chose our service line, assessment center was a group activity discussing tech firms, interview was about our decisions

Had to look at different tech start-ups and choose whether to invest in a particular one - then talk to interviewer about our decisions.
Was good, asked about behavioural what would you do in this situation. Interview was run very smoothly and the people were very nice. Am hoping to hear back soon from them, the process has been fast so far.

Process included application, call to determine personality fit, group case study, call with Director or Partner. Each stage was an assessment, with emphasis on group case study and how you worked as a team.

Entretien
It was an easy and eye-opening process for a Big Four firm. Was via Zoom, undertaking a 3-hour procedure of running over what the company is about and then broken into a breakout room to discuss work-related situations. Then onto a 1v1 with a partner.
