there's a third party involved to do the interview, then the agent will send to the client to check if shortlisted, once shortlisted the client will arrange with the agent for a zoom meeting, the agent have to get back to us fixing the date time. No tips given by agent

It was nice and smooth online.
I like the questions and they gave me upper hand to speak.
There were 2 people taking interview and they asked question one by one.
It lasted for around 25 mins.
I guess they were looking for someone local not international .

Very easy, just want to get to know you. The people were very friendly and down to earth. I enjoyed this interview because they didn't try and grill me. I accepted this offer.
