Completed my professional paper and was approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn. This was back in 2022. HR called for a screening then few days later received an email for an interview (virtual that time). Had an interview with one of the partners from that specific department. Bear in mind you are allocated to the department that the partner interviewed you (provided that if you pass). Since I was recruited as SA1, most questions were asked on my experiences and extra-curriculars and how it related to audit (deadline, whether you're a team-player, etc), and I was asked on technical questions of IFRS standards including those that are complex.

Sent application email to the HR person. Received phone call 3 days later. The recruiter will do some background check and ask few behavioural questions, before telling you that they will send you link for online test. The online test was okay if you are very well prepared. Do some online practice, it is very helpful. If you passed the test, they will call you to arrange for a face2face interview with the partner. The interview with the partner was very relaxed, more like a chit chat session so no pressure at all. No behavioural questions or technical questions, He/She will go thru ur resume/certs and ask few questions from there. Overall it was a smooth process.
