The interview process began with an online application submission, followed by a screening call with HR to discuss my background, availability, and interest in the internship role. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with a team member, where I was asked about past projects, problem-solving approaches, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The overall experience was structured, professional, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
