Dopo un primo test online, ho sostenuto un colloquio con HR e successivamente un colloquio tecnico con un manager del team per valutare le capacità di problem solving e alcune conoscenze basi di accounting.

Mi è stato chiesto perchè quella divisione e una domanda sulla riclassificazione del bilancio.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
