Virtual assessment centre and then in person interview. In person interview was majority behavioural questions, great experience to chat with the team and opportunity to ask lots of questions at the end.
There are online assessments (Behavioural skills, Numerical reasoning, Verbal reasoning) which helped you to get a grasp of what to expect from Deloitte themselves. Feedbacks are given out typically a few days afterwards.
There was an initial application process followed by a situational judgement and numerical reasoning test, rolled into one. Upon passing there is a Job simulation. All of which is very standard.
